Overnight Peanut Butter Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to whisk them together.
  2. Pour into a glass jar or container, top with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with walnuts, sliced bananas, berries or more cinnamon.
