Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to whisk them together.
- Pour into a glass jar or container, top with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with walnuts, sliced bananas, berries or more cinnamon.
