Banana Chia Pudding

- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (like coconut or almond)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- In a large bowl, mash one banana, then add the chia, non-dairy milk, cinnamon and salt. Whisk with the fork until uncombined.
- Pour the mixture into two 1 cup containers with lids, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice the remaining banana and top the chia pudding with banana and berries before serving.
