Banana Chia Pudding

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (like coconut or almond)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Berries


  1. In a large bowl, mash one banana, then add the chia, non-dairy milk, cinnamon and salt. Whisk with the fork until uncombined.
  2. Pour the mixture into two 1 cup containers with lids, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Slice the remaining banana and top the chia pudding with banana and berries before serving.
