PB&J Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions:

    1. In a blender, add peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 cup ice and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into two large glasses.
    2. Clean blender then add 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla almond milk and 1 tablespoon maple syrup, blend until smooth. Pour on top of the peanut butter layer.
    3. Slice the third banana and add on top of the smoothies.
